We recently celebrated our son's 11th birthday at Captive Escape Rooms, and it was an absolute blast! Our party host, Leina, deserves all the praise for making the experience truly memorable.

Leina was not only attentive but also incredibly inviting, making our group of 11 energetic young adventurers feel right at home. Managing a bunch of 11-year-olds is no easy task, but Leina handled it with ease and a fantastic sense of humor.

The pirate treasure escape room was a perfect choice for our celebration. The puzzles were challenging yet enjoyable, and the immersive atmosphere added an extra layer of excitement. Leina's guidance and enthusiasm throughout the game added to the overall enjoyment.

The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and the staff displayed a commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Just had my daughter's 12th birthday party here - with 8 kids in the 10-12 age range. We did the Moody's ghost room, and it was fun and just the right level of challenge for the kids. The package included the game and an hour's use of the party room.

We'd asked everyone to arrive at 4:15 for a 4:30 game, but ended up starting early because everyone was on time. The staff were accommodating, friendly and organized. What with starting early and the kids finishing the room in 42 minutes (and setting a new record), we were about half an hour early for the room, but we were able to get the party room early. The party room was nicely laid out and ready in plenty of time. We had place to store our cake and food (we didn't use the in-house catering) but still got utensils and napkins in the room. There were also some nice extras in the room like board games and a bluetooth speaker for an impromptu game of musical chairs.

My granddaughter had her birthday party there on Saturday August 17/24. Two children did not show up because they were sick. My daughter paid for everything (including a clean up fee $50) which is ridiculous considering my daughter and I cleaned up the garbage and tables, just left the table cloths. Since two children got sick and were not able to attend, Captive Kids refused to refund my daughter $100 for the two kids. One girl told her she would get a refund and now the story has changed. She paid a lot of money for this special occasion, and to charge a clean up fee on top of the cost to have the party, is RIDICULOUS! Why tell my daughter she will get a refund, and than refuse to give it to her?!?!?!? The cost of living is expensive and she can't afford to lose $100!!! We will never come back there again, and we will not recommend this place to anyone!! My daughter even gave the hostest a $10 tip!!!
