Great addition to the Point neighborhood! ♿Wheelchair accessible. I had the chance to speak to the owners and they are nice and very receptive to what the needs of the shoppers are and filling that gap. Lots of local products, some zero (or rather low waste) products, you'll be able to bring your own jar to do your own zero waste shopping. Prices are middle ground overall, some items are cheaper and some items are more expensive than other places selling the same which is say is standard. The bread is from Bakery Louise from Mile End, fresh every day. I got myself a baguette and it was delicious! Was happy to see something different than Amour du Pain and Première Moisson for a change. You can get everything from package free Brussel sprouts and mushroom to local environmentally friendly fish tabs and washing detergent, pasta, fresh baked good, wines even! To local sauces and milk and frozen foods.

Right around the corner is the food lover's epicerie. I could taste the beautiful pasta and homemade pasta sauce cooking this weekend. The secret ingredient is fresh. That thought was confirmed by store owner Mete who gave me a personal affectionate tour of the favorites in the place he thought I'd enjoy knowing, and he was right. Went home on tired body after having just moved around here with a particular coffee, organic filters, and a liter of the best chocolate milk. Ask for the tour. Thus is how you'll fall in love with food again. 😋 update: it's cheaper to buy quality. I use less and gain nutritional benefits beyond that of chain stores. And it tastes fresher.

this store is a much needed addition to Center street as it offers varied quality products that are carefully selected with care and love by the owner from international sources, while equally encouraging local Québec and Canadian products. As I walk through the store I find myself not having to sacrifice my budget for good quality items as they cater to everyone's versatile needs. It's a unique personal shopping experience, between the wide variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages as well as the abundance of snacks and goodies I find it a true challenge leaving the store...
