Excellent food!! Had the truffle pasta in parm wheel, could tell it was homemade pasta cooked PERFECTLY al dente - and I’m a pasta snob. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. The truffle pasta in parmesan wheel - it’s a must have every time you come. It’s not a gimmick, it actually tastes amazing. Sooo tasty, first they light a ladle full of cognac then add it to the parm wheel, then scrape it up and mix in your truffle pasta. They top which a generous amount of shaved truffle - for $35 they had more truffle than a different Italian restaurant truffle dish I got for $90. And you can really taste the truffle. Next their pizzas are absolutely delicious. I got the vegan calabrese and it’s yummy. Being a vegetarian (not vegan), I asked for the calabrese pizza but with vegan calabrese swapped in. Instead of swapping it the waiter added veg calabrese and honey to the Inglewood pizza. This was not what I ordered - the Inglewood had added basil, and most importantly it had fresh mozzarella (fior di latte) instead of pizza mozzarella. I like the whole pizza to be covered in cheese so for that you need the pizza mozzarella. It was still delicious. The next time I ordered lady Gaga (vegan pizza) with added real mozzarella and it was perfect (I don’t mind vegan cheese - it was actually yummy mixed with real cheese). Their tiramisu is absolutely delicious- worth saving room for. I wish I could go every weekend and I would if it wasn’t so hard to get a booking!

Loved my experience at Fugazzi. My friend and I visited Saturday night aiming to be there for the 5-7pm $20 per person deal. We arrived just before 7 but ended up ordering from the $30 per person menu they have (separate from regular menu). This is a GREAT deal- it includes 1 starter (choice of 2), 1 entree (some pastas or the choice of any pizza) and 1 dessert (choice of 2)- we just ended up sharing everything. The service was a little bit slow even being sat at the bar, but the food was to die for on every level. Everything was very fresh and it was easy to tell the quality of ingredients being used. The brussels sprouts caesar salad was killer. My only comment is that the washrooms are snug up by the kitchen so it was a bit tight to get to them, or having to stand a bit further back by some tables if they're occupied can be a bit awkward, but we will definitely be back again!

Great experience; didn't have a reservation, but was promptly seated at bar nonetheless. The service is quick and extremely friendly. For drinks, I had a Bloody Fool, which is like a Bloody Mary - tasty with the right level of spice. I ordered the Inglewood pizza (their margherita pizza) with added prosciutto. My strategy with trying new pizza places is usually ordering a Margherita - if you can get the basics right, you know it's a good pizza. It was great - cooked to perfection, not at all oily, great mix of flavors. The atmosphere was very laid back and no fuss - I love a place that doesn't take itself too seriously, and this place has a TMNT Michelangelo skateboard on the wall - enough said. Loved the food, loved the service, and loved the vibe. Will definitely be coming back.

The food was great however the service wasn’t. My boyfriend and I were seated at the bar and the bartender working that night - a young lady with black hair and a upper lip piercing wasn’t really paying attention to us. We had to ask a few different servers walking by for service. Once we were done our dinner we asked a server who was passing since we couldn’t get the bartender’s attention , if they did anything for birthdays since it was my boyfriend’s birthday and she said “yes, happy birthday let me tell your server” and proceeded to the kitchen. A few seconds later the bartender approached us and asked if we would like to see the dessert menu. See explained that we asked the young lady about the dessert for birthdays and she gave us a strange look and proceeded to speak to the other server we spoke to. When she came back she told us we can order dessert from the menu and added it won’t be on house which is fine but the tone did not sit well with me. She was a bit condescending and I did not appreciate it. Nor the look she gave us especially since there was a table celebrating a birthday a few tables down and they had brought them a small eclair with a candle. Once the bill came she completely changed her tone basically begging for tip. Luckily my boyfriend is kind and decided to tip even though the service was mediocre at best because I definitely would not. Not sure if it’s because we’re an interracial couple but let me tell you there was some racial profiling going on. I am very dissatisfied with this situation considering I always order from fugazzi. Terrible first experience eating there for the first time. Really this girl should learn how to speak to people a different...

Location: On PSC's main strip (Notre-Dame). Street parking is available but comes in limited supply. I don't recall that portion of Notre-Dame being metered but I wasn't driving this time around. Check signage on side streets.

The place: Small, casual, funky little establishment. As a street art photographer. I really appreciated the eclectic decor, in particular, Stikki Peaches' La Gioconda 🤟🏻. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the excellent selection of tunes that these guys were playing!

The goods: My friend and I shared the burrata and oven-baked bread (yum!) and we both ordered the Toutegazzi. The crust was a little too thin for me, personally and I would have liked a little more seasoning on the pizza. I also ordered the deeee-licious Yes, You Should (cocktail) and the tiramisu for dessert (fantastic. My friend got the carrot cake, which is her go-to dessert when she comes here,

Service: Great - I got a confirmation call earlier in the day from a super friendly individual who reminded me it was 18+ after 6 p.m. and the our waiter were also friendly. It took a little while to get our pizza but the place was super busy and also had a ton of to-go orders.

Price point: I can't comment for now - I was treated to dinner!

Overall, this is a great...
