Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

November 25/2023 - Seems writing "PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE PIZZAS" in three separate places is ignored. They lost the ability to cut even sized pieces, I would be embarrassed to served this to guests where someone gets a tiny wedge. Not only that, the picture I posted is supposed to have Pepperoni on Half the pizza - it's not! The last order, we had a Tray, the sides had some sauce on it but nothing else, just dough puffed up. I think we will Order from Metro on McLeod next time. Sad, cause as you can see, we have been ordering for years but the service is going downhill. April 17 2022 - Ordered Panzerottis, OMGOSH! These are the very best! HUGE! 3 Toppings and cooked to perfection! Will be ordering these again! Nov 12 2021 - Ordered a Tray & Medium Pizza, I put on the order for Pickup it was my husband's Birthday, LOVE that they wished him Happy Birthday, made his day! And the Extra Cheese cake was appreciated. Pizza was perfect! Oct 24/2021 And we are back to 5 Stars!! Ordered wings and pizza this weekend, the wings were done nicely and the pizza was perfect!

Its a rare occasion when something is off, it happens. :) This weekend, we decided to try a Thin Crust Pizza, and it was very good, had I not have gotten double cheese (like we normally do) it would have been a GREAT Pizza, learning curve for US!

Next time, no double cheese ;) Its been a crazy busy time, and this applies to Twice the Deal too, I imagine, as life is beginning to almost feel normal, people gotta eat!

We love our pizza from Twice the Deal, the only issue we have had now a couple of times, they run out of Mushrooms. And it was Sunday, so they probably get their order for more on Monday.

No matter, we will continue to order from them, the pizza is always good

Update from January 2025 Thought I would give them another chance after 2 years.

Ordered online for delivery and shocker they "forgot" the order. Called 30 min after delivery time and they couldn't find the order. Then said it will be 20 mins. Could hear them having a frantic discussion in the background. I told them to just cancel the order. It would have been after 10pm and I was worried they would do something to the food for me complaining about the order not being here. They called back and offered to give free delivery. Still advised them to cancel the order. Sad because the food is good however the service sucks and they are incompetent

Again just ordered the same order from pizza pizza. It was yummy and arrived with no issues

Ordered twice from the location on Thorold Stone road and had two bad experiences.

Don't waste your time or money just order from somewhere else!!

1-ordered online for a set time and pizza showed up over and hour late. They said it was because they were to busy. Still paid full price and would not give a discount. Very rude customer service on phone

2- placed online earlier in the day for set delivery time. Called 1/2 hour after set time because the order hadn't come yet. Called location and was told they forgot to make the order. Said it would be made now and arrive in 1/2hr. To make up for their mistake they offered a free dipping sauce thats it which wasnt good enough. They offered to give me two free dipping sauces. Customer service was awful. The person was very rude and arrogant. They acted like i was bothering them. I ended up cancelling the order and placed an order with pizza pizza which was delicious and no issues...

I have spent a ton of money at this place but no longer. I will not spend money at a place that calls their customers liars. Especially when they make the mistake!!

I ordered pizza and wings for my daughter and I from their website for delivery. Tipped and everything. After an hour and a half I called them to see where my food was. After being put on hold multiple times I was then informed they already delivered it to me..even though I had been looking out of my front door for over an hour. They kept saying I had it and they took a picture. So I went to the store and they showed me the picture of someone else’s house and still tried to tell me it was mine. They confirmed the address multiple times and kept referencing the picture of someone else’s house!!!!

After a lot of back and forth of them telling me they couldn’t issue a refund to my card, I was heated and they eventually gave me cash but said they were going to follow me home to verify the picture. I said perfect! Follow me! Wouldn’t you know half way home they went a different direction. Convenient.

I will never order from this place again. Between the company I work for and me personally we have spent so much money here. But not again after this. Do not...
