Out of Town Lincoln — Local services in Niagara Falls

We had the best day with Don from Out of Town Lincoln. We had reserved the 6 Hour Wine, Cheese, and Chocolate Tour. The day turned out to be rainy with a weather statement warning of a considerable amount of rain. I can honestly say that between Don and the great planning of Out of Town Lincoln, our spirits were in no way dampened! Don kept us entertained between stops with interesting conversation, made sure the car was parked as close as possible to the door, and went in to each establishment to check us in for our reserved activity. He picked us up at the house we were staying at locally, and at the end of the day delivered us safely back. There was bottled water available for us in the car too. Don wanted us to have a memorable day and took on the role of photographer, capturing photos of us in a couple of locations! The stops on our tour were fantastic. We especially liked Caroline Cellars, Between the Lines (where we also enjoyed a charcuterie lunch) and the final winery of the day which was Wayne Gretzky Winery. The best part of this last stop was the variety of tastings since we had already sampled several wines. It allowed us a chance to change it up and try some whisky, vodka, and cream liquors. Mixed in to the winery stops we had the pleasure of touring and sampling at The Chocolate Factory Experience. Loved that stop for sure. The tour may seem like it comes with a costly price tag, but having a chauffeur taking care of everything for us allowed us to have the best day we have had in a while. I was flying from Vancouver to Toronto to visit my brother and his wife in Niagara Falls. My sister-in law ( I won’t mention her name to spare her embarrassment but it rhymes with Ballyson) had arranged ground transportation for us from the Airport to their place. Unfortunately she had given OOTL the wrong day of arrival. She had said Saturday instead of Sunday. I realized the mistake on Friday and contacted Cory to change the pick-up to Sunday and he was happy to oblige (technically he could have relied on the more than 24 hour cancellation notice policy and kept our money but he didn’t). Then, on Saturday night our flight was changed from a direct to indirect and we would be arriving 3 hours later than originally planned. Again, Cory was more than happy to accommodate our later arrival. He picked us up in a Lincoln that had water bottles in the back....

I had a round trip from Toronto to Victoria and had heard from my clients that Out of Town Lincoln was there choice for chauffeur service. I hate driving up and back to Pearson as the traffic is crazy around there. I was very happy with how fast Cory replied to my emails before the trip. I decided to extend the stay in BC and sent an email to him, he was more than happy to accommodate our later arrival. They promptly showed up for pick up and the ride was lovely. I highly recommend Out of Town Lincoln. I will definitely use this service again. Cory drove us up to the airport and Zoran picked us up from the airport. Both very polite, and courteous. Water bottles are waiting for us when we get into the car....
