Suzy Shier — Local services in Niagara Falls

Doesn't even deserve 1 star rating! Reason why retail stores are going out of business and people choose to shop online. Frustrated and disgusting recent experience.

HORRIBLE experience #1. The two sales associates who were working in the store didn’t bother to acknowledge me once. After looking around for approximately 15 minutes; I had to go to the cash to ask to use a change room. The one associate appeared annoyed that I interrupted what she was doing to ask for the change room to be opened.

HORRIBLE experience #2. After deciding on a few purchases; the cashier was rude and didn’t acknowledge my comments to her about advising what the sale price was of each item as she rang them in. This was asked of her 4 times during the time it took for her to process my transaction. I had two pairs of pants that were on a rack that said $9.99. I asked twice if the pants rang up at that price. She replied a short, rude "yes" both times.

HORRIBLE experience #3: The lack of professionalism in the sales associate was completely off-putting! That alone was enough for me to not come back into this store.

HORRIBLE experience #4: After leaving the store, i checked the receipt only to see both pairs of pants had rung up at $19.99 each. Even after confirming twice with the sales associate that they were registered at $9.99. I went back into the store to complain. The other sales associate in the store (long dark haired younger girl) then barked at my husband that the sign says $9.99 and up. Ignoring the fact that i not only asked twice for the price to be confirmed as each item was scanned as it was being processed. This 2nd sales associate then decided it was appropriate to give my husband attitude, to puff and huff at him and roll her eyes at another customer.

This is disgusting behaviour and POOR representation of your company!!!!

What makes this horrible experience turn into a HORRID ordeal; I called your customer service line to voice my complaint and awful situation. I had to leave a voicemail. It was NEVER returned!

Meanest and rude staff... I went their with my 4 and 6 year old ... Ladies this is the only place where you can't go with your kids because so called ladies over there will come and tell you that your kids are causing disturbance.. they are kids what are they supposed to do??? They can't stand on side like grown up. So they ask ur kids to shut up and kids are not allowed to touch racks hangers and stuff around. They were not ruining it they and I am not a mother who doesn't control their kids... I went to so many stores with my kids but never saw this insulting behaviour. Date of visit sept 7 2024 evening. A white girl keeps asking my kids to lower their voices. She said people are being bothered by my kids, and then i asked if people were bothered, and then no one actually said anything. So i continued shopping, and then she kept following me and asking me to stop my kids from roaming around to touch hangers and other stuff. My kids dont damage anything, or they are not extra naughty. They were just playing around like normal kids do, but that salesman was getting in the nerve like some personal issues.
