I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Craffles, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience! One dish that stood out and left a lasting impression on my taste buds was their Benedict Egg. It was simply phenomenal! The Benedict Egg at Craffles is a true masterpiece. The perfectly poached egg rested upon a bed of fluffy Waffe, accompanied by a generous serving of savory ham and topped with a velvety hollandaise sauce. Every component was flawlessly executed, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The presentation was also top-notch, with the dish elegantly arranged and garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs. It was evident that the chef took great care and attention to detail in preparing this culinary delight. Note: This review is based on my personal experience and reflects my honest opinion.

We arrived at Longsdale at 9am so this was literally one of the only places open at that time and we are THANKFUL that it was because they make the BEST crepes I've ever had. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch savoury crepe and it was magnificent. The crepe was thicker than normal but made it extra fluffy and cake-like almost. There was TONS of mozzarella inside the crepe and a generous portion of chicken and bacon. The ranch sauce was just enough to not be over-powering. We also got the pre-made waffles which aren't as good as they are extremely dense and heavy. However, they've got some other interesting things on the menu like tapioca flour crepes and Brazilian cheese balls. 100% would recommend to anyone at the market!

Great place for breakfast or lunch! We took two crepes : Tex-mex and crispy chicken, we liked Tex-mex a little bit better. They were really tasty, very very generous with cheese inside, if you like it cheesy this is the place for you. The personal are very friendly and you get to see them make your crepes on a real bilig which is super entertaining. This is more a Brazilian food restaurant than a « crêperie » like in britanny (France), but still very delicious. I thought the sweet crepes where a bit over priced. I am used to a crepe costing 3€ max, but I am sure they are massive to make it up. Would like to come back and try there açaí bowl.

I've been to Craffles 2 times already and I have no complains about my first time being to the place.

The owner was there and she was very warm and kind to me and my friend, we got our coffee before the order and we felt comfortable to stay there chatting for a while before leaving. (Even though the coffee was terrible, the food was amazing!!)

But the second time I went (last Sunday) the service was horrible, the coffee was again terrible and it came after our food order. We were sitting there and/or standing in front of it for almost 10 minutes and no one talked to us or asked if we needed help with the menu or anything. We ended up looking at the menu on our phones and when we were ready to order, my partner went to order and they do not speak portuguese but the lady insisted in speaking in with them in her language. I was very disappointed and I was really hoping my partner could've had a better experience.

The food is delicious but it does need an improvement on their...

WORST ACAI BOWL l I've ever had. I first waited a little over 5 minutes before either of the girls working even acknowledged me to take my order, when my order finally was taken, it seemed as if the girl didn't know what she was doing (maybe she was training which is completely fine) but it seemed as if she didn't know what I was ordering when I had told her multiple times. I waited for this 15$ acai bowl for probably 20 minutes, while watching people who had come much longer after me get served within minutes. When I finally received my acai bowl, it was so small, and definitely not worth the 20 minute wait or 15$. It seemed as if it was simply a pre-made smoothie bowl as if was basically frozen solid with indentation from the container lid on the top after I opened it.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience today as well as the quality of the bowl. Definitely not worth the expensive price for something frozen I could've made...
