New King Shawarma Plus — Restaurant in Ottawa

It was my first time eating from this place. Ordered chicken shawarma and potatoes combo for take-out, it was 11:05 am, I was probably one of the first customer of the day. Edges of toppings were dry, the hummus sitting in the large rectangular bucket had a thin crust on top that was telling me it has been sitting there for a long time (taste of hummus was super bland), the garlic spicy sauce was a fatty jiggly blob with a reddish colour, could not eat it, my stomach cannot tolerate this thing... My chicken had pink parts, meaning it was not fully cooked. Potatoes were dry and also tasteless. I am very sorry to say this was the worst shawarma experience I have ever had, and believe me, I tried many places in Gatineau and Ottawa. I don't understand how this has over 4 stars, it doesn't make sense. Only positive note, the man and woman were very polite and friendly. AVOID AT ALL COST!! -- Some comments must be rigged because my stomach feels very bad, terrible acid reflux, feeling like...

I did a big delivery order from New King Shawarma for myself and co-workers last night and all I have to say is that it was one of the best experience with a restaurant I’ve had! I forgot to ask them their names but everyone there was amazing! Ordering 10 different orders for delivery does not always go well, but at New Shawarma King they made it to be so simple and efficient! We got our order delivered within the half hour, all orders came separately packages with names on them and to finish it off they kindly put them all in a box for me! May I also add that every order was correct (which is sometimes hard to get these days I find... you end up missing an item or two). All my co-workers were very happy and everything was so delicious, the shawarma’s, garlic potatoes, etc ! We will most definitely be ordering from here again and look forward to it !!! Normally I get served by these two young men and their customer service is extremely good and they give you your money's worth, especially when you are paying more than average at this place. But when I bought today for a friend, it was very disappointing, it was his first time trying and he said he would not go there again, and I could tell the good was not up to the quality I had previously. Maybe it was because there was a lady (maybe the mother) this time, the original men who usually make the food were not there, and this lady barely filled the tray, very frugal--the food was not good, it tasted OLD and dry. It was embarrassing because I told my friend this is a good shawarma place and I let him down by taking him to this place. Please give a proper portion to the customers--to pay 19$ and have a not-filled tray is ridiculous---its only rice potatos and chicken...it's not anything expensive for this lady to be so...
