Knyota Non-Alcoholic Drinks — Local services in Ottawa

Went to test non-alcoholic wines with my wife (who can't drink at the moment). Went and had their tasting, which was 4 0.5 ounce shots of non-alcoholic wines served in thin plastic shooter glasses. There was no price listed or mentioned for the tasting, and given the quantities we had actually assumed it might be free/ nominal charge.

All the reds were actively bad, the white bubbly kind of tasted like cider and was pleasant. Prices for the non-alcoholic drinks are high, but sold in singles which can be useful for tasting the beers.

We picked up a couple drinks for trying later and went to pay. He charged us 40+ tax for the tasting (read 40$ + tax for a total of 4 ounces of juice served in plastic shot glasses), more than the actual cost had we bought the whole bottles. I've been to Knyota many times and love the experience of trying new non-alcoholic drinks. My first visit I got the ginger gimbre brut, Leitz sparkling wines (which I love) and a non-alcoholic cider (upon Benson's recommendation). I visited a few other times with friends for non-alcoholic wine tasting to discover and taste other brands. Generally, a great place to visit if you want to explore the non-alcoholic industry and also just to have an inclusive experience. I love the selection and the location. I would love to see Knyota eventually selling bar tools (i.e shakers, glasses, bar equipment and etc.), drink accessories (i.e dried oranges, dried petals etc), non-alcoholic drink recipe books, and also offer non-perishable snacks (i.e artisan chips, bar gummy's, nuts, cookies) which would make it a...

Have walked by many a time, and finally stopped in on way home from work. Grateful to speak with Benson for a while, who was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful about their products and the product category (non-alcoholic beverages).

They have an impressive selection, and he helped me pick out a few options (based on my taste preferences) that'll help me sustain a healthy lifestyle and provide alcohol-free options. For those of you interested in poison-free bevvies that still taste good, I'd highly recommend stopping in here and having a look. Very decent product offering here, and will certainly be back.
