Horrible Customer Service.

What began as a delightful experience creating a mosaic soon spiraled into utter disappointment. The trouble started after I paid online for both the event and the lamp. With a glaring lack of clear pictures, I found it nearly impossible to gauge the lamp's shape and size. Upon my arrival, I was taken aback to discover that the moon lamp was enormous! I immediately requested a switch to a standard lamp, thinking it would be a simple fix. I was assured that this would be no problem; I just needed to send an email to the owner, and they would handle the change.

However, what followed was a frustrating silence. After countless emails and multiple phone calls, my pleas for assistance fell on deaf ears. I felt trapped, left with no choice but to accept an item that didn't suit my needs.

Beware: For anyone considering this event, I strongly advise against paying in advance. Wait until the evening to settle your payment. Don't expect any form of customer service; they will not respond or assist you with your issues. I wasn't aware delayed payment was possible but witnessed others paying...

I had the pleasure of participating in a workshop at this beautiful Turkish mosaics shop, and I can honestly say it was one of the most calming and enjoyable afternoons I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you step in, you're transported — the atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and beautifully decorated with vibrant Turkish lamps and intricate details that make you feel like you’ve travelled to another country. Soft Turkish music plays in the background, setting a serene mood, and we were offered delicious Turkish tea and traditional delights that added such a lovely, authentic touch. The workshop itself was incredibly enjoyable. Every minute was filled with creativity and relaxation. The person guiding us was so kind and helpful — they took the time to walk us through the process, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure everyone felt confident with their project. Whether you're into crafts or just looking for a calming and culturally rich experience, I would highly recommend this workshop. The workshop itself was wonderful!! The staff leading us was very friendly and informed. There was an abundance of tiles and beads supplied and the 2.5 hours to complete it was perfect.

Why the 3 stars? Well, the booking process was extremely frustrating. Management only responded to texts sometimes and did not follow up despite multiple voicemails. Everytime they did pick up my call, they were driving and could not properly carry the conversation or offer any guidance. We asked to reschedule once and they mistakenly booked us for a different date. Also when you rebook, they do it manually and so you don't receive any information or guidance leading up to the workshop. When we showed up (despite management having confirmed our dates), the staff had not been informed of our booking.
