February, 29, 2020 I went to fix my glass screen protector, which recommended by my phone company. It was 5 people in line. The mandarin speaking lady helped me to put on new one within 5 minutes. She charged me $10 for s9 plus glass screen protector+ $12 for 3 phone ring holders.. it's so cheaper, but not perfectly cover as my old one (ishieldz glass protector $45)....

It's cracked, after I press the right corner of my phone screen.. its broken again within 6 hours??!! I didnt touch my phone afterwards till I finished dinner. By the time I found out, they already closed and they dont open on sunday. It's really piss me off!! I know it's cheap... but doesn't mean cannot last for a day?? Seriously?! Whole screen protector came off...

After calling several places in Richmond, I decided to bring my LG G6 with a shattered display here. They offered to fix my screen with a quoted price 30% lower than other places in the city. Plus, they were open later than others as well. They fixed my LG G6 within 24 hours and even applied a glass screen protector over the new screen, free of charge (they usually cost $10-30)! The repair was professionally done, and my new display is high quality. It does not seem to be the same as an OEM screen, but you will not notice unless you care about the smallest differences. I'm happy with the service here, especially with the price...

Cheap part and bad customer service, I had my iPhone X max screen fixed from them and literally two months ago the screens starts glitching and stops working. I go back to get the screen swapped because I know it’s the screen problem and they say they have only one month warranty and I have to pay another $70 for another cheap screen replacement that may malfunction again. DONT GO HERE. Literally find anyone else in Facebook...
