I recently visited Landmark Fresh Meat and BBQ Ltd. in search of some BBQ pork. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling highly disappointed and frustrated.

I specifically requested 2 pounds of BBQ pork, which should have cost me $20 according to their advertised price of $10 per pound. However, to my surprise, the staff added an extra pound to my order without my consent. When I pointed out that I only needed 2 pounds, the cashier lady displayed a very unpleasant attitude, as if it was my fault. She insisted that I take the additional pound, saying it was just a bit more.

The whole situation felt like a scam and left me questioning the integrity of this business. Eventually, they reluctantly removed some of the extra meat, but I was still forced to pay $23.50 for my 2 pounds of BBQ pork. This pricing inconsistency and the disrespectful attitude from the cashier only reinforced my belief that this establishment is dishonest.

Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Landmark Fresh Meat and BBQ Ltd. and I have no intention of returning. I value honest and transparent businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this place falls short in both aspects.

I would caution anyone considering visiting this establishment to be wary of potential pricing discrepancies and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff. There are certainly better options available in the area, and I would highly recommend exploring...

Dishonest business! Cheat customer!!! I ordered one BBQ rib with bone for take out, when I opened the box at home, turn out not even one piece of bone have found and they were not giving me the rib!! They just gave me some BBQ pork from the leftover assorted parts which soaked in oil!!! And cost me $13 ish bucks. They definitely have ribs there. This is my first time to purchase BBQ pork from there. I would never come across this in Richmond before. I cannot see how they have prepared my order because there are no see through between the chef and me. If you are going to give me the leftover parts which I don't want, why you asking me what I would like to order at the first place??!

Warn you guys, you should open the box in front of them to see if they give you what you have ordered.

Used to frequent this shop for over 10 years with my family for BBQ pork, duck, and chicken. I noticed in the more recent years that the meat would quite frequently spoil or have an unpleasant smell fairly quickly within a few days of purchase despite being refrigerated immediately.
