Friday afternoon at 1 p.m., there was a long line formed. The four of us waited about half an hour before a table became available.

We heard someone had booked a table for 1 p.m. It was 1:07 p.m. when they got their table. ๐Ÿ‘ Reservations seem to work. Nice. Next time, we will reserve a table.

The prices are average.

The food variety is standard. The naming convention may be different, but it basically offers the same dishes as all other dim sum restaurants.

The food tastes standard. The $10.30 "Beef Ribs with Garlic ้‡‘่’œ็‰›ไป”้ชจ" was the most outstanding. Although it had no meat taste, the sauce was so delicious nontheless. Highly recommended.

The food amount seems slightly more than average. The $9.70 "Sparerib with Taro ้ฆ™่Š‹่’ธๆŽ’้ชจ" was filled to the brim, which is unusually more than its competitors offer. The taste was not bad either.

The $9.70 "Steamed Chicken Feet with Spicy Sauce ้‡‘้†ฌ่’ธ้ณณ็ˆช" was very chewy because they did not stew it long enough. It was probably the toughest chicken feet (้ณณ็ˆช) I have ever eaten. I do not recommend it.

The $17.80 "Shredded Chicken with Jellyfish ๆตท่œ‡ๆ‰‹ๆ’•้›ž" was quite tasty. The jellyfish was very tender. However, they should rename this dish to "Shredded Chicken Skin with Jellyfish ๆตท่œ‡ๆ‰‹ๆ’•้›ž็šฎ" because 90% of the chicken meat is chicken skin or meat attached to chicken skin. I love this dish, but I will surely die a horrible death if I eat it regularly. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜…

Fried Rice or Fried Noodles are mostly in the $25 to $31 range. None of our family was willing to order because we are used to eating at $17 each. We can control ourselves. ๐Ÿคญ

Edit: I've been here a handful of times more since my last review. I'm very pleased with the staff recently. They were nice and courteous. Dim sum dishes were handled carefully. The rude woman was only there once more and I haven't seen her since (not that I actively look for her). Food was good-- always piping hot. The only thing I would say is that this restaurant is loud, but this isn't the fault of the owners. I'll be returning for more meals!

Food was not bad but employees need to improve. One of them looked like he just strolled in from a nap. Didnt wear any type of uniform and kept spilling sauce on the table (and splatted some on us) when taking away dim sum baskets because he was in a rush and not paying attention. The middle age woman who takes you to your table has the worst attitude ever. She was so unfriendly and was giving snarky responses to the table behind us. When I was ready to leave, I checked to make sure I didn't leave any belongings and she gave me an extremely impatient and nasty look. Went several times for dim sum. Prices very reasonable and decent portions. Last week there, we ordered curry cuttlefish, bean curd wrap in abalone sauce, chicken feet, prawn dumplings, beef rice roll, pork and peanut dumplings. Most were lighter in flavour especially the cuttlefish, bean curd and chicken feet. The sauces used in each one tend to be on the watery side. Pork and peanut dumplings skin was very thick for me but good for people who like the doughy texture. Beef rice roll was alright but lacked flavour. Food-wise was OK but didn't like the service of one staff. We paid and were about to leave but still wanted to finish a cup of tea first. This individual started to change our table cloth and placed my tea cup back on the table with his bare hands after cleaning other tables. Very unsanitary and I certainly wouldn't drink from my tea cup after that. He then said we can stay longer to finish our tea. I thought that was quite rude too and felt like he was trying to push us out. It would have only taken us another minute or two to finish a cup of tea. I am sure they could...

It was great that I made reservation before going to the restaurant. It was packed today Saturday. Also people were lining up at the entrance. The interior is considered spacious. There is some space between tables. I hate to be too close to others as I experienced dining at a few restaurants in Lower Mainland which did not put up plexiglass or any dividers to separate tables and tables. My table had 8 dishes of food. I didnโ€™t have a chance to take photos of all of them. Only photos of 5 dishes have been posted. The taste/flavours and presentation of the food were pretty. I thought I would be eating a lot of MSG or sodium but I did not feel very thirsty after lunch. Then this is awesome!! The customer service was good. The servers were very efficient. They had to handle all the customers, all the tables and food at the same time. The food came to our table quickly. The pricing was ok comparing others. Some restaurants are even more expensive than this one. We have noticed everything has gone up in price in general. So does dim sum. I would like to come here again and try other dishes.

Still at least 5 tables of customers at that moment. they gave us the bill, even though we didn't ask for it. They asked for cash, even though they got a credit card machine. We tried.... Stirred fried frozen 9 pieces of baby razor clams, half of the clams had sand inside and they put way too much corn starch with black beans sauce.. it tasted awful, not worth $15 for a small dish Pan fried radish cake with tasteless XO sauce, radish cake got way too much powder inside, not crispy, it's mussy. Fish paste stuffed Chinese donut with rice noodles wrapped It's my worst dish ever, way too much powder with little oily fish paste stuffed inside the oily soggy soft Chinese donut with rice noodles. Deep fried mixed meat dumplings It's pink color ๐Ÿ˜ฑ, not much ingredients inside, with thick and not crispy skins. Sui Mai got 5 pieces, but it taste better without fake black truffle sauce on top. So far, we like their big and hot puffy chicken feet and steamed tender pork ribs.
