BAD MANNER! UNDERSTAND NOTHING I WAS TALKING ABOUT!! BAD EXPLAINING!!! Half of the things i bought at here BROKEN IN TWO WEEKS! If you think your friend is feeling more bored with life, buy him/her something expensive here and ask to return it, it doesn't do much but it will piss your friend off, and if your friend likes the gift a lot, you can askfriends to use it for a few more days, and in that case it will have the same effect /Whole story. /i just gonna return the thing i just bought today bc the thing my friend got me isnt suit. Then, they agree to return it, but only my friend's card can do that. unless, one of worker said, if i can pick another good that the prise is more than this return thing, then they will do so. After i picked and paid, manager said he cant do that. I already said i dont wanna more things, i just wanna refund, alot of time, and they just communicate with cantonese with each other then said they CANT! I WASTE 40 mines for this! they repeat same thing again and again then didnt NOTHING! In the end I chose to wait here for my friends, and worker said she can put a stickers on it so more expensive thing i bought in the end will be mine now, after i said i really dont want it. then that worker just rolled eyes at me, then said , ok, WHATEVER, ill do it later then.....so...

I am a shopper who loves to find a good deal. When I walked past "the best shop" in Lansdowne mall I was excited to go in and see what I could find. Boating season is around the corner and it's nice to save money when possible. When I entered the store there was about 5 staff members grouped at the check out all in conversation. I politely said "hi" and proceeded to walk into the store. Within seconds the group scattered and we're all following me in the store...not asking me if I needed assistance but just following me. I was shortly approached by a manager which I assumed was grabbed by a staff member and he asked me if "he could help me with anything". I told him his staff was following me around the store and he just laughed and walked back into his office. I have never felt so discriminated against or so unwelcomed. I'm not sure if it was because I was Caucasian but I did notice other shoppers in the store not being followed as I was. I'm sure this company openly trains there staff to discriminate based on appearance. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Do not give this...

Except, you have to pay to become a member! This isn't Costco! Membership costs $20 for two years. Works out $10 a year, so basically, one needs to spend a minimum of $100 a year or $200 a year at regular prices. Needless to say, I didn't sign up!
