This week I had a computer emergency and didn't know how to go about solving it. I called Dylan and he calmly told me what to do so that I could settle down in the moment and then he allowed me to bring in my computer to be sure it had not been damaged. Thankfully, it was okay. Everything was fixed within 2 hours of calling him and for a very reasonable price. What stood out for me was not only Dylan's competence, but his calmness and kindness. Thank you so much, Dylan! Now it's a few years later and I want to update my review. It was a daunting prospect for me to have to move from windows 10 to windows 11.
