I’m so thankful they helped last 2023. Unfortunately, I got my depression last 2024 , that time all of my kids and my wife left. I approached EPIC again last June 2024. I got only promises and insufficient replies and being transferred to 4 different case workers and waiting for almost a year to got the decision if I could get help from them. Since June 2024 I patiently waiting until I got a reply from them, May 30,2025 that they made their assessment and cannot continue my application. i thankful they did help me last 2023 but failed on the 2nd time and waited way too long to reach their decision. Read moreI called Tenisha today in regards to a desperate situation I was in. Within the first 5 minutes of me trying to explain my situation she kept interrupting me.
Then when I told her to "hold on please" she hung up the phone and I haven't been able to reach anyone since.
I have never been in such a vulnerable place before in my life and to think someone would take advantage of that and treat me this way while i'm in a crisis is so sad. So many people forget where they came from.
