Bling Bling On Queen — Local services in Toronto

As a designer I find their product expensive and the pricing inconsistent. I have, without fanfare brought in several clients and helped them design pieces with product bought from Bling Bling, I will not do that anymore. I will also refuse to make any peices with product bought from them. The final straw for me was going in and being told that a strand I bought a few months ago was now double the price and that I was wrong when I told the clerk what the original price was. The irony, that time in question I was shopping with a friend who bought nearly $500 from them and was consulting me on his purchases and thier use. That will the last time I go into that store! Staff can be moody. Choosing the charms was fun but the whole experience was ruined when putting it together. We had ordered them in a specific way but the male staff member put it on the bracelet in the wrong direction. For example if the charms were ordered 1-2-3, and he put them 3-2-1, they are technically the same order but not the same at all. The charms chosen have faces that are going in specific directions and I tried to tell the staff member that it is indeed different but he kept insisting it was the same and abandoned helping us put it together. on TikTok several users mention they got their beads put together for free or for 20$ but when we visited and purchased goods from Bling Bling on Queen we were told by an elderly lady that it will cost us 80$ to have them help us put the bracelet together and she insisted we do it by ourselves and save 80$, recommended YouTube videos on how to make bracelets… this is not fair at all and I understand every single customer gets different treatment so it’s fine.
