SUPERB Customer Support and Quality Products!! I’m writing this much-deserved 5 Stars review to express my sincere appreciation for your fantastic assistance with my order. I’d give even MORE stars if I could!! Special mention especially for the prompt and kind response I received about fixing a mistake I made on the shipping priority—I wanted expedited and mistakenly selected standard. The Customer Service representative replied almost immediately and resolved that issue along with alerting me to a problem with availability of an item in my order. They offered a perfect (actually BETTER) alternative option. And, I couldn’t be more pleased with the caring and thoughtful interaction with everyone involved.

Also, my order was being delivered to me in the US and included items intended as Christmas gifts. After fixing my mistake, the team got my package ready and in the mail for expedited delivery. I’m happy to report the package arrived quickly without any glitches. And upon opening the box, I could see that everything (clothing and other items) inside were beautifully & safely wrapped with care. It was a FIRST-RATE job and I’m truly grateful for their above and beyond care and professionalism!!

UPDATE: My t-shirt has now been replaced. Service was very prompt after this review. Thank you. I asked to return an item and was told, in writing, that it would be no problem. It has been three months and I am still awaiting the 'authorization number' the website says is needed to return an item for exchange. The initial response to my question was very prompt, since then it has been silence and no response to emails. Very disappointed as it was a unique present for a for a friend the UK. Ordered some gifts to be taken to family members in Chile. Placed the order on July 18, 2023 and paid $13.10 for expedited shipping. The estimate arrival date was July 20, 2023. It’s now July 25, 2023 and my order status is still ‘Not yet shipped’, and I’ve sent 2 follow up emails that have gone unanswered. I paid the expedited fee as the person taking the gifts back to Chile is leaving August 2nd and I didn’t want to risk not getting them in time which looks like will happen regardless if I get anything at all....
