VERY RUDE STAFF. They were so impolite and disrespectful. They literally have zero customer service skills. I had an appointment which I had to cancel and when I called them to reschedule this guy with Asian accent told me I have to pay a 100$ deposit to reschedule. I told them I was not told about canceling or rescheduling policy when I had booked the appointment and told him to direct me to the website page where it explains the policy just for my contentment but he kept raising his voice to emphasize the fact that it is their policy, over and over instead of directing me to the policy page. I felt so disdained and told him that he was being very rude, he just giggled and said how is it rude if he is explaining the policy. I told him I didn't like the way he was serving me and would like to talk to someone else. He just HUNG UP on me, just like that. When I called back, Julia picked up. She didn't even greet me or anything and just started with the point that 'its their policy to charge for rescheduling'. I told her that I totally respect their time and I don't even mind paying to reschedule but as a customer its my right to enquire the policy for my satisfaction and they should have told me about it when my appointment was scheduled. Julia did not seem to care about losing a customer and just told me Goodbye! What a horrible experience. I am so glad I did not go there. They are discourteous and ill-mannered and don't deserve your money. I'm horrified by their customer...

I had Restylane Kiss filler done to enhance my M-shaped lips, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. After the injections, I developed large lumps that never settled properly. Despite multiple follow-ups, the lumps persisted and only partially dissolved after six sessions of hyaluronidase treatment, which was painful and stressful.

I believe both poor evaluation and poor injection technique contributed significantly to these issues. The lumps, especially along the wet border of my lips, still remain, making my lips look uneven and uncomfortable. Julia uses the same filler for all her customers she doesnt seem knowledgeable on which fillers are best for different lip types. It has been frustrating dealing with this, which I feel could have been avoided with better assessment and more skillful application.

I do not recommend this place. If you’re considering filler treatment, please do thorough research and choose an experienced injector who understands the nuances of lip shapes and potential complications. My experience was far from the natural, smooth results I expected.

Sorry, I had to edit my initial review, because the nurse I consistently see is actually Julia. I’ve been going to this JKA location since my very first time getting lip injections, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The front end staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the wonderful nurse who does my injections, Julia, is genuinely fantastic at her job. She never makes me bleed or bruise as she’s very meticulous when she injects you, which I appreciate. No needles are fun, but her bubbly personality - down to her stylish scrubs/attire, makes you feel that much more comfortable. They generally play upbeat or relaxing music and they provide you with compression balls for the pain - which, is minimal in my opinion. Some locations don’t wait for the numbing agent to take effect, but they never rush you here. Julia always checks throughout your entire appointment how you are feeling, if you need to take a break, etc. Overall, I’m very pleased with how professional and sterile the environment is and I won’t be going anywhere else for my...
