I had a terrible experience at the store that left a bitter taste in my mouth. From the moment I entered, I locked eyes with the manager who seemed like he was in a sour mood, a frown and locked arms. No matter... and went on. Little did I know that I would soon encounter an unpleasant interaction with this manager.

As my son excitedly picked up a toy box on the ground to play with it while boxed, I realized that the box was previously damaged. It was at this moment that the manager happened to pass by, and said "come on guys, no one is going to buy that now" in a very disrespectful and rude tone, lacking any semblance of professionalism. Looking at other reviews, it seems that others have had issues with this manager as well.

We left the store immediately. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. Manager is grumpy and I won't be surprised if this place goes under soon. Do yourselves a favour and spend your money...

This Sunday on Feb 25th 2024, I have been visiting the store frequently and also being a frequent buyer I went back and bought darts from the store.l, confirmed twice with the sales rep about the refund as well as at the payment counter about refund which was that I have to return the product as is in packaged condition within 7 days of my purchase for the REFUND of my money... Today Feb 27th 2024 I wanted to return the item as we wanted to buy something else instead (not from mind games) I went to return and to my surprise the person at the counter denied me refund and instead insisted me on store credit or exchange... I don't want store credit as probably after this experience of mine I would never want to come back to the store. there is a lot of outrageously overpriced store in this mall, but mindgames takes the scammer gold medal. whoever prices things at this company must be out of the mind and should consider selling the company. they price funko pops by how popular they think they are instead of the MSRP like idk GAMESTOP 10 SECONDS AWAY. absolute garbage selection of toys and everything is at a huge mark up. no employee at the counter, just 1 at the front door who doesnt even look like an employee. 50 dollars for a toy that they had at gamestop for 13.99 + tax. i wondered why the store didnt have any actual customers or employees but its clear the nut jobs that run the place dont plan on...
