Ttc management unfairly closed the collector booth and presto gates at sr.clair west station Heath entrance despite the fact that the Ttc still sells tokens and metropasses.
Presto card is a disadvantage for ttc riders as the $6.00 fee that presto charges is the cost of two single ttc trips so as ttc riders we are then short changed in being able to take the Ttc and loose two ttc single trips/fares.
There never been a $6.00 fee on ttc tokens or metropasses.
There's 4 seniors apartment buildings along Heath not all of them have a presto card.
