Awesome convenience store with awesome service. Hands down the worst cell service store I've ever seen. Don't buy a phone from these guys. I bought one that didn't work when I got it home, brought it back an hour later and they said it was a final sale .They said they'd have to send it away to be fixed, I was leaving in 3 days to go to Costa Rica. Finally they agreed to replace the phone because I'd had it for such a short period of time but the next phone didn't work either. After getting phone number 2 replaced the next day phone number 3 shut off completely the night before I left. Leaving me phoneless for my trip because it was a Sunday night, I couldn't even use it as an alarm clock. When I finally brought that phone in to be repaired they accused me of dropping it and said that that made my warranty void for any 'complimentary' services, regardless of the myriad of problems with the software and the hardware. I've never been so disgusted or felt so taken advantage...

Just visited this store to grab a snack and felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Almost every person there was not wearing a mask - most of which were employees. They had an issue with their debit machine and the gentleman trying to fix it was not wearing a mask and was coughing all over. I left because I felt so...

Proper Queen St. OG. Only the 905ers and condo yuppies complain about this place because they don't get it. This what Toronto was before they all moved in and ruined every interesting neighbourhood. Appreciate this store while these sort of places exist, because soon it'll be all Rexals...
