If I could I would give them 100 stars I would! I called these guys at the last minute on a Friday needing an up-do done on the Sunday for my wedding and they were able to fit me in in the morning. I was so revealed! On top of that my stylist, Gavin, was AMAZING and really knows what hes doing!! At first I was a little worried because I have recently cut my hair very short (well... its just shoulder length but that is short for me having come form hair down to my bum!) and was worried that if I had a bun it would look really little. He really listened to what I wanted, I showed him a few pictures and he transformed my short hair into a gorgeous full and thick up-do that curved around the base of my neck. I had a hair piece that the florist had given me and he made fit in beautifully! He was so meticulous, making sure everything would stay in place for my ceremony at 4pm (I got my hair done at 11am). It stayed so perfect for ceremony I couldn't have been happier! Also it was very reasonable in price I thought for such a beautiful hair style, which was bonus for it being so last minute. I don't know how else to say it- GAVIN...

Edgar RUINED my fiance's hair on our wedding day! He is renting a chair there (not actually employed by the salon which is not liable for his actions/mistakes) and has no clue about coloring hair. She asked for a root touch-up to obviously match her blond hair and he turned them grey/purple hours before our wedding! He also didn't want to take any responsibility and charged her for the product he used...even though it was the wrong color! He also wanted to charge her $170 for a root touch-up....most salons downtown charge around $70ish. She had to get her hair re-done the next day...luckily lounge hair studio fixed his horrible mess and even told her that the person who did this is clearly not a hair professional. I had a great experience getting my bangs cut here. I had Lacey do some side-swept bangs that were great. She's very detailed and spent a good amount of time getting them just right.

Later that day, after looking at my hair and asking my friends for their opinions, I decided to get a full bang, like the ones that go straight across the forehead.

I went back to the salon fully expecting to pay for another bang cut. However, Lacey gave me another excellent cut and didn't accept payment for it! I was so surprised by her generosity. I ended up giving her a tip that's equal to the cost of a bang cut.

I'm super pleased with my new bangs. I'll definitely return to Chemically Addicted the next time...
