I was so excited to get my nails done here after reading the reviews, but felt really surprised by the results.

I got extra long gel x nails, something I’ve gotten many times elsewhere. The shape of the nail tip they have is really not good. I suggest the studio find tips that are less curved and rounded on the nail bed, and more straight. The gap between the natural nail and the tip is huge, so they use a lot of glue, and there is still a huge gap - it doesn’t look or feel nice. Then when you get extra long, the curved tip makes it so it’s hard to do anything without the nail being in the way. I’ve gotten extra long several times, but in salons w the straight version, and I can do all my daily tasks no problem.

Then in general, they just weren’t done that well! There is glue all over the outside of the nail, and backside of the nail. The tips they chose don’t fit my nail properly, so you can see my nail on the sides. The cuticle wasn’t cleaned properly so it’s only been one week and it looks really outgrown. I got designs with gems and you can see big splotches of glue all around them.

I will say their color choices are amazing! And I love the colors I chose. But really for the price I paid, and for the reviews I saw, I expected waaaaaaay better quality than this. Maybe they do better w acrylic or something, I don’t know. But I’m super...

We came here after seeing the great reviews but were left a bit disappointed. We booked a group appointment for the same time, but the other member in my group didn’t end up starting until about 15 minutes after me, which kind of defeated the purpose. Then, they forgot about the second half of his service. After being reminded, they did complete it so it wasn’t a big deal. However, the services were only meant to be 15 minutes difference in duration with mine being longer. The other person in my group was done about 30 minutes before me. So in total, his service was 45 minutes shorter and was not very deluxe- considering it was a deluxe mani pedi. We also both found that our cuticles were cut too short on many fingers. The cuts are still causing me discomfort about a week later. I also saw one of the technicians give a customer a pair of slippers that somebody else had left at the shoe rack; they were used. I’m glad we saw ours come out of the packaging. Overall, it was an okay experience. I visited this nail salon recently and wanted to share an honest review based on my experience. If you’re someone looking for regular nail polish, this may not be the right place for you.

They charge $89 for a mani-pedi, but they don’t offer regular nail polish for hands, that’s just their rule. I went with regular polish for my feet, and unfortunately, the experience was not great. The polish was completely dry an hour before I left, and since the salon is just a 5-minute walk from my place, you can imagine how it looked after walking home. They didn’t have a proper dryer, just used a drying spray twice before I left, which wasn’t effective at all.

They also have some very strict service rules. For example, if you want to change your shellac color, you must book a full manicure, there’s no quick color change option available.

That said, the lady who did my service was amazing and professional, but unfortunately, the rules and lack of proper tools limited her from offering a better experience.
