I had a terrible experience at this concert hall. The management was incredibly disorganized, and there were no ushers or staff to help people find their seats. As a result, many people were sitting in the wrong seats, causing confusion and delays. It was a frustrating way to start the event. The seating arrangement was awful—everything was packed too close together, and it felt really cramped. It was hard to enjoy the concert because I constantly felt like I couldn’t breathe, with barely any space to move or relax. The concession stand was disappointing as well. They hardly had any options available, and when we asked for coffee, they didn’t have it. They also didn’t allow us to bring in our own coffee, so we had to leave it outside. Overall, this place is poorly run, uncomfortable, and not worth attending. I’d recommend finding a different venue for concerts.

First time watching Bini, and it was at the Centre in Vancouver for Performing Arts. The venue is small, and my seat was on the 3rd floor, making it hard to see the performers. I could’ve used a telescope! This was Bini's first big sold-out performance, and when I booked my ticket, I didn’t realize how confusing the seating would be. Although I had a wonderful night, the height of the second and third floors wasn’t ideal for those who want to be closer to the stage. By the time I bought my ticket, most of the seats were already gone, even though I booked as soon as they went on sale. Still, it was worth it

Went abd saw the Grinch musical here. Wasn't sure how the seats were gonna be as we were in the balcony. They were great, I could see the whole stage. It was clean and the show was great. I did find it a bit cold in there but I guess maybe they had to for the performers with the lights and everything. They had the booster seats for kids, my son used it so he could see over someone's head and didn't have to complain the whole time. They even had concession and merchandise which I was surprised. It was a great show and the centre was a great venue!

I'm giving one star for the absurd experience that I had. It almost ruined my night of seeing Simu Liu for his book tour. Nowhere has it said that we cannot bring in big bags. Mine was a backpack. And I had random things in my backpack such as my wallet, my phone, My phone charger, two stuffed animals, hand sanitizer, sunglasses, hand cream, lip gloss and my water bottle. After checking inside my back pack I was told I cannot bring in my bag. Because they do not allow big bags. The absurd thing was, I then said okay fine I will bag check it. And I was told there IS NO BAG CHECK. So what am I supposed to do? You told me to put in my car. But I didn't drive. So basically I am told that I cannot bring in a bag, that they had already checked to see that there's nothing dangerous inside. Not only that, The absurd thing is that they didn't offer an alternate option. I was told to go home, or put in the car. Which means that I would have to forfeit the show, unless I throw my bag in the garbage! It's pretty ridiculous. I ended up taking everything out of my bag, scrunching my bag into a ball, and walking in without my bag. And then I ended up putting everything into my bag again anyways. This is absolutely ridiculous. Another thing I saw was a lady buying a glass of wine at the concession, only to be told as she was entering into the auditorium that no alcohol was allowed! She said to the usher, how come they didn't tell us that when we're buying the drinks? Due to The stress I experienced just trying to get into the center And the rude security in the front, I give it one star. I was told I cannot bring my water bottle inside unless I pour out my water, I poured it out in the garbage can and the security guard really said MAM , Don't pour it there! Where the heck should I be pouring it...

Greetings,

First and foremost, I extend my commendation to the performers for an outstanding display, earning a perfect 10/10 rating.

However, I observed certain logistical aspects that merit attention. Notably, the continuous admission of guests up to an hour into the performance disrupted the overall ambience. It may be advisable to consider delaying late seating until intermission to minimize disturbances.

Additionally, popcorn was served, its inherent noise posed a distraction during moments of silence in the ballet. Exploring alternative, less disruptive snack options could enhance the overall audience experience.

Moreover, the absence of ushers to enforce a quiet atmosphere and manage flash photography was noticeable. I acknowledge the potential correlation with the ongoing influx of late arrivals. Establishing a more structured ushering system could effectively address this issue.

I offer these insights to contribute to the ongoing improvements of your show. Despite these considerations, I express my appreciation for the artistic excellence showcased during the ballet performance and anticipate future...
