Melt brings me so much joy, it is one of those places that you walk in, and you walk out transformed. The flavors are so artisanal and you can taste the love and effort put into each scoop. I’ve lived in Vancouver five years and been to all the famous places. Elephant garden creamery, Ernest, rain or shine. They cannot touch melt. It’s like comparing a field of dandelions to a field of lavender. Or dandelions gorgeous? Yes. But are they lavender? No. Do yourself a favor and treat your tongue by coming to melt. Since I discovered this little shop, I have been coming every single week and I’m loving it.

I have to mention the artisanal chocolates as well. They have espresso malt balls that are worth dying for. As in it is fully worth getting diabetes for. Also, their chocolate bars are incredibly tasty and beautiful. Don’t ask,...

Those are definitely the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted. The ice cream are perfect, with unique flavors. Various options of hot chocolate, and dipps, including vegan options. Chocolate is also great, they have maybe 10 different styles and flavors.

In addition to this. Every season they have different festivals were they offer unique style desserts, my favorite so far was the hot chocolate festival, every afternoon the place was full with people enjoying their beverages.

The cherry in the top (pun intended :)) is the awesome staff. They're always smiling and are passionate and patient with all the customer, specially the young ones, when they take time to decide and make a lot of questions :)

Everyone should enjoy a at least one...

Walked by this place on my way elsewhere and got enticed by the menu offerings during their soft opening so I had to double back and try something. No regrets though - the raspberry earl grey was delicious. I usually have high expectations for this flavour combination, and Melt did not disappoint! There were two vegan flavours available at the time, as well as some pints and dip bars (ice cream dipped in chocolate, presumably).

Lovely service with no pretense or airs. I can see this being a hot spot (or maybe a "cool" spot?) after an outing at the community centre or after a game at Nat Bailey. Definitely a very welcome addition to the...

Fun to visit during hot chocolate festival and memorable first sip but oat milk is a bad vegan option.. almost just as bad as dairy milk. Pretty high price too and the drink was not hot hot
