OMG I'm in love with Hank!!! He honesty is the BEST!! Waaay better than the other hair dresser I used. Hank is now my hair dresser. There is shampoo and wash included with the hair cut even the head massage. Omg he has the best hands. He really does. He was so gentle and he knew what he was doing. And he didn't cut me with the shaver like most hair dressers do. He didn't say a random price charge on hair and was very detailed on cutting. We joked which is what i like. And the atmosphere is amazing so relaxing so chilled that I almost fell asleep due to my hectic work life. And I love how he used no animal testing products. I'm writing this review for those like me who may not feel confident trying out a new hair stylist. I have VERY fine and thinning hair so it is harder for me to allow someone to cut my hair for the first time. I was led to Hank and I want to say the reviews are so accurate. He was very welcoming as was the other gal working there yesterday. I will just say that he didn't have a lot to work with and he did amazing!!! I felt so grateful and even better he is an amazing human being! I appreciated his humor and that he got mine too. It was a very fun and positive experience. I would trust him with my hair anytime! I have called a few times during the past week but nobody answers the phone. I went there today in person. The door was locked although I could see people inside so I knocked on the door. An asian woman came to the door but didn't open it, started talking but of course I couldn't hear her. Finally she opened the door, I told her I was there to shop for Aveda products. She said I couldn't come in and it was difficult to understand her explanation as to why. It didn't make any sense that they were open but I couldn't purchase the hair products I needed which were in plain sight. I thanked here and went on my way. Don't visit this business, it will likely be a waste...
