Brought my watch for a replacement battery because I have been coming to David for years. I live in Surrey but sought out David and his shop for his work and wonderful collection of Jade pieces.

As you can see in my before and after photos my watch was damaged upon receiving it back. I was very surprised that when I brought it back to chat with David about the damage and a potential fix or remedy - he was extremely adamant that he did not cause any damage. However you can clearly see my before and after photos. I am extremely unhappy with my decision to come to Royal Treasures this time and will most definitely have to avoid it at all costs to myself in the future.

Secondly, I recommend calling ahead if you’re thinking about heading to this store. 3 days of this week I waited longer than 30 minutes for the store to open after it’s supposed opening times. I understand things happen but I did leave a voicemail to the stores number mentioning that I had waited 30 minutes for him to open, and it was a slight headache to guess when the store would open when the stores hours are standard business hours and I have to go their...

David is knowledgeable and was helpful explaining the technical side of everything that went wrong with a previous jeweller. I appreciated the transparency and learning experience.

However I am a bit disappointed in the final execution of the product. I had the claws redone twice (once repaired and second time to be adjusted). Unfortunately the prongs are noticeably different lengths despite taking two weeks and additional consultation...

Came in to repair a few chains/necklaces.

Owner took his time to look them over and suggest the best solutions. He also advised me to look for another professional for a particular issue I had because his equipment would not work well on my mother’s chain. I really appreciated the fact he didn’t take the job and ruined a sentimental piece of jewelry.
