Canadian Crafts — Local services in Vancouver

Wow! I wanted to come on here and share this with you all!

I am from Ontario and I had called Canadian Crafts which is Vancouver….I have been looking for something that was “Canadian” or represented Canada for a corporate event. However finding something that people would all like was not easy task plus I needed this to be asap! Maple syrup was not an option, as people were flying back out.

So as I was searching for something, I came across this store and saw these stunning little Grizzly Bears with a Jade Fish in their mouth! I fell in love with them right away! Handmade…right!!!

Even with us being in different areas of Canada, I jumped on a call and spoke with Chris! He was amazing! He had taken such good care of me, wrapped up 10 of these beautifully hand carved bears, boxed them up and sent out that day! They arrived to me the next day!

I cannot wait to give these in their gift bags to our guests arriving as I know they will love them.

Best Customer Service Ever! But first, the “merch” was the big draw. We were shopping in Canadian Crafts because it’s a family owned, locally sourced products store. Last day of our fabulous trip to AK and Vancouver. Still had several things to find for folks back home. We hit the JACKPOT! The selection is fantastic at all price points, for all different types of products. On top of that, and here’s the customer service, we needed to ship it home. Our luggage couldn’t tolerate another ounce. The associate helping us rang up the owner (who handles this annd was NOT in store) and got the approval to ship it to us. Unbelievable! Long story short (I know, it’s already long), the owner contacted us at home, arrangements details confirmed, I have tracking info and our package will be here by the end of the month at a Reasonable Rate. I absolutely love Canadian Crafts! It’s an inviting shop with the best variety of high quality Canadian souvenirs and gifts. I loved my experience here in store, as well as online. I emailed Chris to order more from the shop, something that was available in store but not on the website. Chris was so incredibly helpful and picked up the item I asked for and sent it to my house. Chris had great communication with me through the entire transaction online. I ordered a zip up sweatshirt and it is my favorite one!! It’s very well made and a very comfortable cotton blend. Also, my item arrived so quickly! This shop has amazing staff and gifts.
