Sweet Monkey — Local services in Vancouver

Our children wanted to swim at the water park next door. I went in and asked her for 2 bathing suits. I explained the situation and she said, if they don’t fit feel free to bring it back with the tags still on.

One of the kids didn’t want to swim. So literally 6 minutes later I returned with the bathing suit tags on, unused. Not even tried on. She points to a sign hidden about 9 feet high in the air and says “sorry, we only offer exchange.”

I hope it was worth the $25.00.

Edit: You are not telling the truth. The tags were fully attached to the bathing suit. No tags were removed from the bathing suit that was returned.

You did not tell me returns were exchange only. You are saying that now to make yourself look better. But you specifically said if it doesn’t fit you can come back and return it.

Regardless, after 6 minutes, you are the kind of business owner that would rather keep a customers $25 dollars, than simply say “of course you can have it back”, and keep a customer in the future.
