I recently went into a store to purchase a day and night cream for my face. I paid in full and quickly left the store because I was running late. However, after leaving, I realized that the bag contained two identical creams—not the day and night creams I had requested. Frustrated, I decided to return to the store to exchange the product. Finding parking on a Sunday is no easy task, and by the time I got back, I was already late for my appointments. When I arrived at the store, the cashier refused to exchange one of the creams, apparently because she didn’t like the way of my talk, ask her or something else about the interaction. After much pleading I kneeling at the counter, apologizing to her in order to have the exchange processed. Despite explaining that I was in a hurry and simply needed to swap one item, they insisted that I wait while they completed their paperwork. Unable to wait any longer, I took my originally purchased item and left. In short, if an error is made by the store staff and you notice it afterward, be prepared to go through significant hassle, possibly even begging for an exchange, depending on whether the staff personally likes you or approves of your manner...

I enter the store with a smile and all happy, see only one lady in the store (she was fair, medium built, wears a hijab), i walk to her to ask if they have lipscrubs. She looked at me like I disturbed her, then pretty reluctantly or unwillingly She says “yes”, walked across the store to show me the lupscrub. Till that point i didnt care , i looked at it, still smiling i asked, do you have anything similar to the “Lush” one? Her reply was “no, we are not lush”, i replied “i know you are not lush, i am asking if you have anything like that type?” She stood in a very uninviting body language, cross armed and replied, “i told u what i have and this is all i have”. There wasnt any conversation, no smile, she was just waiting for me to leave the store. Now what she didn’t know was i went there to buy a lips scrub and few other skincare products, but for her horrible customer service, i left the store.    Read moreI want to share my latest experience with you all. I bought this drops of light serum from the body shop in Vaughan mills recently. They charged me $38 plus tax , when I came home and opened it there is a try me sample in the brand new box , next day when I went back to rectify the issue the assistant manager told me sorry their company is going through bankruptcy I get it and she gave me the number for customer service who never answers the phone, My only question is if the attendant who delivers the new product fails to check it if it is a sample or a new then why should a customer pays the full price if it is totally the attendant mistake. When I confront the assistant manager she neither give me a refund nor the exchange option but only the talks about bankruptcy how this is my fault I am using body shop from last 3 years it’s time now we can switch to other brands that are more suitable for our skin . I am never ever using body shop again only because they cheated me , I will never ever recommend my friend and family members to body shop again Worst experience ever They deserve zero star Bad...
