Shake Shack - Vaughan Mills — Restaurant in Vaughan

We love Shake shack as they provide a good quality burger comparing to other fast food burger chains. However, we tried this location and it was one of the worst burgers we ever tried in our lives. The beef was sticky and had a strong smell. It felt like it is kinda raw. Also they put so much sauce in the burger like it is a shawarma. Fries was too salty and their buns are soggy. We got our usual go to for drink which is the iced tea but we realized it exactly tastes like water. Also why would you serve halal meat with no notice? Who told you everyone likes halal? Usually good quality halal meat is expensive and for sure for a fast food chain, you would not serve a high quality one! First off shake shack sent me a survey site and it spoke to the quality level of this franchise. I was in the Vaughn mills mall new location. The email to do the survey didnt even have that location as an option to pick on their website. Visited the location today and I received a cold pre cooked burger with a mushy bun and too much sauce. So sad about that because I really enjoy a good burger. The fries were meh not bad, they were warm and fresh. And my Coke came with the no ice like I requested. The burger was the complete flop and since that is your main feature good luck. Exceptional taste and quality, great price, organized ordering process.

I had a double burger and crispy fries and it was excellent, the best I have ever eaten in the GTA. Plus the price is more than reasonable.

Shake shack is definitely my go to restaurant for when I visit Vaughan’s Mills Mall.
