I have placed an order on July 4th for a pickup and still no update from the shop regarding whether the order is ready to be picked up. It's been over a month now and I don't think it takes this long to have my order ready.
Update- I do appreciate the quick response. Thank you for that. I have not requested my order to be shipped (although you do have that option on your website). I am totally on board with you following the by-laws and to ensure your product does not get into the wrong hands. That being said- the email confirmation clearly states that I would be notified once my order is ready for pickup. I'm sure as a consumer, you would expect a follow-up. Took it back, was told “its your fault for not testing in store”. Had you have advised me to test, I would have, however you should have reliable suppliers that should be doing the testing.
