The Alley is honestly one of my favourite spots to grab bubble tea. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a well-thought-out space with modern, stylish decor that gives it a fresh, trendy vibe. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends while enjoying a drink. It’s clean and well-maintained, and the whole place just has a cool, welcoming energy that makes you want to come back again and again.
What really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and genuinely care about making your experience enjoyable. They take the time to get your order just right, and I've never had an issue with accuracy or service. Whether you're a regular or a first-time customer, they make you feel at home, and that’s something I really appreciate in any business.
As for the drinks, they are consistently fantastic. My all-time favourite is the Deerioca Fever—it’s the perfect balance of flavour, texture, and sweetness. The chewy, fresh tapioca pearls (Deerioca) are always the perfect texture, and the drink itself is so refreshing. That said, I’ve recently been loving their new Ube flavour. It’s a unique and delicious twist on the traditional bubble tea, and it’s quickly become another go-to. The creamy, nutty taste of ube pairs so well with their signature tapioca pearls, and I love how they’re always coming up with fun, innovative new flavours.
Whether you’re craving something sweet and creamy or something refreshing and fruity, The Alley has a great selection. The drinks are always made with quality ingredients, and there’s something about the combination of flavours and textures that makes each sip feel like a treat.
Overall, The Alley is a gem. Between the modern decor, great customer service, and amazing drinks, it’s hands down one of the best places to get bubble tea. Whether you're a long-time fan or just discovering it, I highly recommend stopping by. I’m definitely a loyal customer, and I’m always excited to see what new flavours they come up with next!

Read moreI had the worst experience here today around 3:30 on Thursday (July 24, 2024) A girl named Gensen who was working there provided terrible service. I placed an order online 5 minutes before I got there. Because I was in a rush. When I got there, the tablets were making a sound to announce the order and no one checked them and started ordering. (It was very slow, there were no other customers except the sitting guests). I had to wait for the process of making the drinks.
I'm pretty sure She made a small mistake when making my drink and seemed very busy wiping something down. And it made her upset, which made a huge noise. She was throwing stuffs and ice with a big attitude while she was making a drink whole time (Manager can check with CCTY)
And she gave me a drink in a broken container. I got the drink and put it in the holder of my car and when I picked it up a few minutes later, all my clothes and car were wet. I went back to the store and showed her the situation. She rather told me like I was lying. The first thing she said was that it was no problem when she gave me this. How can she be 100% sure of it? What crazy person would scratch that cup and dirty their own clothes and come there and lie? She said the only thing she can do is giving me a paper towel. She said, "Sorry for what? This is all I can do." She didn't even apologize for a little bit. Rather, she made me look like a crazy person lying there.
I have visited here many times and liked this store a lot, but I feel bad about falling because of this one unprofessional employee. I am very offended by her very wrong behavior and attitude regarding this incident and will contact your HQ to claim my washing expenses for my white clothes...
Read moreOrdered Deerioca Matcha & Deerioca Fever, drinks are just so so. The matcha flavor was not that good but maybe because I was expecting too much, like a Cafe Maiko level matcha taste? The Deerioca matcha had a very, very light hint of matcha and was much more on the milky side. We ordered on the doordash app as soon as they opened and waited a bit more when we came to pick up. We were the only ones there and service was also so so. The place is nice, bright, & very clean looking but for me the vibes/ambiance is not so cozy/comfortable. That's just me though! The Alley's menu is also not so simple , some drinks can only be hot or iced, or it's only available in one size(regular), or it's fixed ice or fixed sugar. So really read the menu 1st! In fairness all boba places have menu's with a bunch of selection and sizes, temp, ice, toppings, etc, but the selection is generally applicable to all the drinks. But hey this is the company's menu for the whole franchise and I understand keeping some drinks at a certain temp or sweetness to retain a drink's optimum taste. With that said boba isnt cheap, I'l be checking out other places to get my money's worth but still 4 stars instead of 3 cuz really it's not that bad, it's...
