Oscar & Libby's — Local services in Victoria

I came into Oscar & Libby's and asked if there was any way that I could custom order the largest lava lamp in Canada as a special surprise as a 10th anniversary gift to my lamp-loving spouse. Time, tariffs, and other factors made it impossible for me to order one to arrive in time, but then one of the owners popped up from the offices above and said she had one in the attic! After she replaced the bulb and made sure it was running in tip-top shape, she even helped me keep it a surprise by keeping it at her store and going above and beyond to coordinate easy pick-up from another location. I am SO thankful to her for making a one-in-a-lifetime gift possible, beautiful people like her make our community a very special and loving...

OMG! This is the best store ever! I went to buy a specific soap I couldn't find anywhere else. They had it. While I was there, browsed to find they carried the most awesome inventory of jigsaw puzzles, cool socks, hot sauces... everything you'd need for that hard-to-buy-for person. I will be back to spend...

This shop has gone so far downhill in recent years. The older women who work here will lie and say the store is closed HOURS early and try and chase you out if you come in wearing dirty work clothes. They clearly only care about appearances AND NOT loyal customers! I'll be taking my gift shopping elsewhere...
