The staff and management were incredibly rude while I stayed here, I was polite while I stayed and always paid rent on time, but they were very malicious and had no empathy for others. The security was way too much as well and would sometimes harass my friends for waiting for me downstairs. On top of it the construction was giving notice to enter my room for every single month just to replace a door and window. The view is nice but it's absolutely not worth it. No tenant should have to be treated so poorly, so I'd reccommend steering clear...

This management is very discriminatory against low income folks and people who are trying to get back on their feet. With a guaranteed budget of 1800 a month. the management interrogated us and made us very uncomfortable and we left knowing we wouldn't get the place. The management were rude. short and overly direct. We left feeling really poorly but at the same time happy that we won't be living here. A lot of rules around having guests in the building, loitering waiting for guests, food services, the people in the office here...

Change the name of your Damn Building 1147 View st is where I live ...... 1147 Quadra is called view towers..... I cant even tell you how many packages and cabs have gone to View Towers instead of my building.... I order a cab now I order it to 1146 View...
