The server at the drive-thru handed me my drink by tipping it into my car, but hadn't been paying attention when affixing the lid, so the beverage spilled into my car, into my hair, onto my clothes and all over the dashboard. He barely reacted to help until his manager stepped in with cleaning supplies. We asked for our meal to be remade so it could be fresh since it took a while to clean the vehicle, but the server got annoyed, shoved the food and beverage into my hands and demanded the cleaning supplies back. We returned our cold and inedible food and left empty handed, other than a car full of sticky drink. The manager didn't offer us a refund, or to comp the meal, or make it right in any way, despite the fact that we now need to take our vehicle to the car wash and get interior shampooed. Pembina Highway location

Went in to order food. 2 people walked by, and they never took the order. Drive through served 3 customers, all in Pakistani. Two ladies at the counter were Pakistani. After 12 minutes, I asked if I could place my order. Was told I would have to wait until the drive-through was cleared. I told the younger lady, "I arrived before anyone was in the drive through," and that she took 3 orders while ignoring me. She said something to the older lady, and they laughed and went about ignoring me again. The chinese manager walked by, i asked her to take the order, and she said she was busy at the back. I walked out. No apology, no order.
