Over the time, instead of growing upwards, this store is going to downwards. This store might have growth in business, but I am talking about its customer service and the employee who worked there. I am talking about a specific employee with tuban and glasses who does not have manner how to talk and answer to simple questions that a customer asked. If you don’t know anything, just don’t answer instead of arguing. Yes! As A customer I won’t ever visit this store again. I tried to talk to owner two times, ( might be busy)but failed so I could explain him the situation.
I asked the employee do you guys return onions if they are rotten inside. His answer should be Yes or No, no other answer was expected. He said do your satisfaction here before buying, my husband said we can’t see inside. He said either I can’t see inside the onions, and I can’t either see what’s going on inside your body. What the hell! Who asked you to see inside our bodies. I said that other stores return even big stores do return. He said this is my store, i don’t care about the other stores. Further, he said if you want it take it, otherwise leave. My husband said we asked you a simple question, and I said that why are you arguing. He said to me that I am not talking to you and asked us to leave the onions. My husband said leave all the grocery here, we are not going to buy anything from here, I said that I want to confirm first, if he is owner, then other employee said he is not an owner, he is just a worker here (fake and poor owner). I said poor because his thinking is poor.
Then I decided to buy everything including onions and thought I will talk to the actual employer, but I am still not able to talk to him. But that hurts, when you are going to a store for 11 years, even though I have an Indian store near my house, just because I like this store. I guess this is the time to stop supporting your store. There are so many, I will get used to another store.

Read moreI have been going to gill supermarket from a long time so I built kind of a trust. But today, I was really surprised to see that they are selling expired aashirvaad multigrain atta on sale that expired in dec 2024 and it is already feb 2025. Also the cakes, rusks and teabags are expired. They put redlabel teabags on sale and hide the expiry date so that no one knows about it. Even the snacks, chocolates at the front near the counter are expired.
I have such a terrible experience with them. I would not recommend buying groceries here. Always check expiry dates before because they are trying to hide it from the customers. Be aware!!!! And shame on them for selling...

She did not greet any of the shoppers. When I was at the cashier, she did not say hello, or thank you at all. She didn’t talk to anyone, and she was very stern.
