Pal's Supermarket — Local services in Winnipeg

Absolutely the worst customer service of any supermarket I've ever been to. The female owner is fine, but the male owner will treat you like garbage. He has racially profiled me and assumed I was trying to steal EVERY time I've been to the store during his shift. If you dare walk near their dairy section, which is right behind his register, he'll stare at you like a hawk, to try to "catch" you stealing. I literally am just trying to shop. I've been a paying customer for the longest time here, have paid for my groceries so many times, yet he still treats me like this. He's tried to complain about my credit card and demanded to see the signature on the back too, even though I've used that card for years without anyone else ever complaining. He is the only one that's ever tried to raise an issue about it. This guy needs to learn some basic customer service skills. AVOID this...

It's very convenient for my location, the inside is nice and clean, but the male owner behind the counter has no concept of customer service - twice I've been here and he just glared at me with almost contempt, doesn't say anything to me, and I had to ask twice what the price of 1L milk was to get...

Pretty rude male cashier this is my local corner store been to it many times and still to this day the old male cashier stares so hard while I'm walking around the store it makes me start to believe Im stealing, really needs to work on how how he treats his customers and put a smile on the face...
