This hotel looks very nice and has a great - great - location. ||||Then the reception staff fumble your check in, The A/C in the room is held open with a pen jammed into the hinge and the fans sound like a jet taking off and the hot water only works occasionally. You order food to the room and it comes in a take out box and the chairs are only on the front of the room not on the balcony - being on holiday you move the chairs on to the balcony, only to discover there is no separation between you and the other rooms apart from a few sticks shoved into a pot (literally) that offer no privacy whatsoever. This restaurant is supposed to be a fine dining, well let me tell you what a fine dining service supposed to be, because it's clearly this establishment have no idea. The expectation of service are much higher for fine dining establishment. In addition to delicious food (here food sucks) and elegant decor, guests expect service that enhances the fine dining experience. Services goes far beyond the mechanism or procedures for delivering food and beverages to guests. Its the imbued with the spirit of hospitality. The waitress kept serving us with closed hand, going across our body, almost touching my wife...

Nous sommes venus passer une apres midi autour de la piscine. L accueil a été sympathique en général et nous étions SEUL! Pas un chat. Les tarifs très élevés expliquent sûrement cela car l entree et le prix des chambres est bien plus élevé qu ailleurs en ville...pour y trouver une piscine sale! N attendez pas qu on vienne vous demander si vous voulez a boire ou a manger, il faut aller au bar directement. D ailleurs, c est une fois au bar que le garçon de piscine vient nous réclamer de l argent parce que nous nous Somme installés sur les matelas les plus proche de la piscine. Nous décidons donc de changer de place car à aucun moment à l accueil nous avons été prévenu. Puis le garçon de piscine revient nous déranger pour obtenir la preuve de paiement de l'entrée de la piscine et disparaît avec notre reçu. En soit le cadre est très beau, en plein centre ville et proche de la marina mais fait limite tâche avec le reste de la ville par sa politique exclusive et la chasse au moindre centimes en facturant des choses invraisemblables alors que les prestations sont déjà cheres... Le Mojito était magnifique et la pizza excellente et les serveurs très gentil mais cela ne suffira pas à nous donner envie de renouveler l experience. Je sais que je ne reviendrais pas ni ne recommanderai cet etablissement qui s avere finalement très froid et pas du tout chaleureux comme l est Sao Vicente.
