The doctor failed to identify the most acute syndrome of my hamster (she died a couple hours after seeing the doctor and taking medicine). My hamster was breathing very quickly and demonstrated tiredness. She also had low body temperature. Now I know it’s because of cardiac failure but back then I had no idea. Dr. PM didn’t even listen to her lung or arrange an X-ray, before she jumped to the conclusion that my hamster had Pyometra and prescribed antibiotics for her. That’s it. I listened Dr. PM, gave those medicines to my hamster and watched her getting worse and worse until death. I seriously question the professionalism of Dr. PM. She didn’t conduct necessary checks, and didn’t even seem to understand English. She totally neglected an acute disease which is actually quite common...

Never would go anywhere else always a pleasant visit! Clean environment, everyone is so friendly and professional, they care about my geckos. I feel like they love my pet as much as I do.
