新川美食 (第二分店) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

This is my favourite place to go whenever I am craving for a bowl of dry (no-soup) potato noodle. NO OTHER PLACE!

My definite selection is Noodle #6 (No-soup stir wide potato noodle with secret sauce). It comes with minced meat, peanut, and beansprout (also celery as the garnish). For toppings: shredded chicken and enoki mushroom/lettuce. I would order the beancurd ball (生根) -- beware that this yummy 生根 is fattening as it is a deep-fried processed food .

（updated) Its hygiene standard has improved a lot as all the dirty chairs are replaced by new and clean wooden chairs. You can enjoy the tasty noodles freely and happily now. The thousand-years eggs served with the minced long green pepper is its signature dish, which is also my beloved snack. The spicy noodles are tasty and at reasonable price. The price is very friendly, and the potato noodles (I'm not sure if it is called like this) is very special and delicious. The shop is rather small but it's neat and tidy. It's a Chinese cuisine and the location is convenient. The food serve is very good and the quality is always good. Both soup noodle and the one with out soup(recommend this) available.
