Harbour North Phase 3 — Local services in Hong Kong

Newest development in North Point with retail shops, restaurants and a hotel. The development is on the promenade and has nice open spaces and themed photo backdrops. There is a disproportionate number of jewellery shops to other retails so is geared towards Mainland tourists. Tends to get crowded at weekends. Pity there are no cafes or restaurants on the ground floor to utilise the open space looking out to the promenade.

The mall is not pet friendly which is a pity and the security are a bit over-zealous at keeping dogs away even if you go anywhere near the entrances! Keep dogs on the promenade and the doggie park which is just 5 minutes...

Phase 2 isn't that big, visited dog's exhibition which is fun, and took lunch at Harbourview Grill. Food was tasty n the view from the outdoor platform was lovely. Had a good time there though weather was a bit hot. Carpark got full easily, n needs to park then walk across zones, that's a bit...

Excellent place for hangout. Wide range of restaurants, Chinese, Singaporean, Western etc. There is a cinema too. Some professional cake...
