Terrible online shopping experience. And wow, customer service is simply GREAT and PROFESSIONAL.
No updates on delivery arrangement that I actually had to contact the store to follow up on the 4th day.
When I waited at home for the delivery 2 days later it turned out the driver got the wrong address. OK. Then, again, no updates from the store about the next delivery date and I had to contact them once again.
They didn’t sound sorry for the mistake and delay at all and just left me a freaking casual voice message saying that they will re-deliver 2 days later.
And 2 days later, still no message or phone calls. I contacted the store for the 3rd freaking time and asked them to cancel my order and refund if they cannot deliver by day end (which they promised).
No explanation, no apology, didn’t even try to fix the situation. Just “Ok we will refund.” Obviously they haven’t arranged the re-delivery at all! Totally a...

My experience is even worse that I only know I have to sign the contract on the day I pick up the dog. It’s such an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE.
