i was part of a group stay where we used the small and large conference room throughout the week.

i stayed on the 6th floor. the rooms are large, plenty of storage space for a long stay (6 nights), had all the amenities i needed (iron, strong blow dryer, mini fridge). the comfortable bed and the black out curtains make sure you can get a good night sleep. water pressure was not great but nbd. the hotel water is filtered and drinkable. the elevator to the 6th floor was small but quick.

the breakfast and the staff are the star of the hotel. incredibly friendly and helpful, and go out of their way for hotel guests. it was nice to see the same friendly faces every day. the breakfast was amazing and i had to indulge even though i don’t usually eat breakfast. my favorite was the costilla (short rib) soup and the freshly squeezed juices. they also made me daily aromaticas.

the conference rooms are well equipped and the staff accommodated every request i had (white boards, screen on wheels, hdmi cords, etc). because the rooms are right by reception, it was easy to request support at any point in time. we had beverage service all day which was well stocked all day with tea, coffee, a small cookie, and ingredients for aromaticas. and the mid day healthy snack was excellent and varied enough that we had something new, delicious each afternoon. wifi was strong enough for long zoom calls and many people on zoom simultaneously. also, they have a section of the lobby set up with tables and seating so it was common to see people taking quick calls or on their laptops. a nice option when you are in the hotel for business meetings.

we ordered airport transportation with the hotel and despite many last minute changes, they graciously accommodated.

every area of the hotel was tidy and clean.

and as others have mentioned, it is located in a great location. tons of restaurants and nice cafes to walk to. there is also a 24 hour pharmacy nearby. even during a downpour, we were able to quickly get to/from restaurants with no umbrellas. i also appreciated that it was not on the busier main street because you could load/unload without stress.

two of my colleagues were able to park in the hotel as well. they said it was small but great to have this option as part of our stay.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here a week ago for a business trip, I'm from Bogota but I live in Miami, The location was great and the pictures looked fine so that's why I booked this hotel with my travel agency.

From the beginning we knew it was a mistake, when we got there they were in construction literally on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, the view was horrible and we WERE NEVER NOTIFY ABOUT THIS, but okay is it just a visual thing. We were there for 10 days, on Tuesday when the construction began we couldn't sleep pass 7am because of the sound. Besides that the room service was everyday worst, they didn't even clean the trash or took the plates from the room, they just made the bed and that's it. The food was low quality, I have to say that the server Camilo was great.

IMPORTANT!!!! PLEASE READ!!! After we complained they asked us to move to another room so we couldn't hear the noise, since we had to stuff for our job, we didn't have time to move our stuff. So, they told us that they could move all our things, which we didn't have a problem with, WORST MISTAKE. We had money in the safe in the initial room, when we moved to the other room we left the wallet on top of the desk with the money.

The day that we were leaving we realized that in our wallet was money missing, it was a big amount in Colombian pesos. I kindly asked them for help, because I had t leave I didn't have a response the same day, I waited for a day and still didn't have an answer. After I had sent them an email, THEIR ANSWER WAS "I'M SORRY" and that's it, if this was the first time for them that these things happen they wouldn't acted so careless. Now I have to contact the police and report this stolen money.

The rooms are old and they need constant calls to the maintenance service to fix either a light that doesn't work or a noisy leak in the shower. Ask for a blanket as you get in the hotel, it's freezing inside and they have no heater sistem. The location is good. The breakfast is not bad. Take your own paper and pen in case you want to take a note!!!! All the stuff I have written I know because my company used this hotel, we have experienced all what I've said, I have had breakfast in the hotel personally a number of mornings with my staff when they were here, now we use another one not far from here. This morning I have called to the reception for them to ask their taxi drivers to stop the unnerving car alarm, it was making me impossible to study on the building near the hotel, they've made nothing about it even though they have told me they were going to ask the taxi drivers to turn the alarm off. The taxi noise is a crazy long story since I moved living next to this Hotel a couple of years ago. I have talked to them a number of times but the car alarm...
