Elixia Spa — Local services in Bogota, Capital District

Overall we had a good time, but for a few reasons I cannot give five stars. And those are mainly about the service and regulations at the spa. We wanted to spend a day at the spa centre, and add an extra procedure. However upon communication they explained us that the procedures (massages for instance) were only bookable with a specific package, and we were not able to spend the day in the "wet areas" (pool, sauna, jacuzzi). That sounded weird, but we agreed to only get the "Dual Day Pass" instead. This was a pass for the whole day for the wet areas. A day before our booking we are told that we are allowed to be in there until 5 pm, even though the spa is open until 9 pm. This was not mentioned on the website, only the regular opening hours. So we had to postpone the date because we had plans that morning. So far I was already slightly annoyed, but then upon arrival they tell us we are allowed to use the jacuzzi for just half an hour. The jacuzzi was the main reason (for me at least) to visit the facility in the first place. And again, this was not mentioned before at all. I understand that this policy exists to allow all guests of the spa to use the jacuzzi and take turns. But we were there on a Sunday, and the hot tub was completely free all day long because there were very little guests. More than that, at 4 pm a family tried to use it, and they were shooed away because they were closing the jacuzzi for maintenance. The hot tub has been kinda dirty from the moment we arrived, fair enough (even though I believe it should be cleaned after hours). But when we were leaving the spa after 6 pm, nobody has even started cleaning or draining the jacuzzi, they just put up a sign that it is closed and thats it. Es el mejor spa en Bogota para los que prevelacen la sauna, piscina, turco, jacuzzi-, es hermoso y comodo y con excelente vista de ese ciudad - para reflejar uno en la vida de nueva perspectiva. Tiene terraza en al aire libre CON jacuzzim y servicio de BAR, con sol (vida) ! Fuimos a una cita de masaje a las 8:15pm y estuvimos sentados por 40 minutos esperando en la sala, no habia ningun otro cliente y nunca nos llamaron para atendernos y cuando preguntamos la encargada nos dice que penso que no nos ibamos a dar el masaje.
