The worst restaurant in the Czech Republic. Never go.

Food is terrible. Frozen food quality. Different from the picture and expensive. Really, really, really bad. The pasta blew up, was bland and cold, and the pasta sauce seemed to be uncooked and just poured into the instant sauce. Pizza really tasted like frozen pizza. The bread came out with the soup was soggy and hard long after the toast. It was even the lid of the bread

Dirty. Flies kept flying. Two or three kept flying. I thought I was going crazy.

I ordered "Today's soup" but it didn't come out until the meal was served. I asked again and they said they would missing order. But after a long wait after finishing my meal, it didn't come out. I couldn't wait any longer, so I was about to put on my coat and go out, and they brought me the soup. They didn't apologize at all. I had to go back to my seat and take my clothes off again

Worst of all, they changed my order to more expensive food without any explanation. I definitely ordered "Today's soup", and the waiter said "Today's soup? Okay", but the tomato soup came out.

I thought tomato soup was served as 'Today's soup'. But when I tried to pay the food price, I found out that they were charged a higher price for tomato soup, not 'Today's soup'. They said that they didn't sell 'Today's soup' today, but they gave them tomato soup instead and charged a higher price. When I asked them why they didn't tell me in advance, they rolled their eyes and ignored. lol They didn't apologize or make excuses, just ignored it recklessly. They got a higher price for tomato soup until the end.

I don't like tomato soup, so if I knew there wasn't "Today's soup," I wouldn't have ordered tomato soup. They even included tips in the bill.

It was really terrible moment in the Czech Republic. If you're thinking of going to this restaurant, I really don't...

It’s a quite small cafe and bistro with nice outdoor area. Also, I can say that it has a very central and advantageous location for tourists.

The service was very nice and the staff were very friendly in general. (Unfortunately , it’s very hard to find friendly and polite waiters in Prague)

The menu is poor in variety and the prices are a bit above average even compared to the center of Prague. I still don't understand why americano is more expensive than beer...

Also, the presentation of green tea was very pleasant: it comes in the form of a two-layer porcelain cup set and is both aesthetically and taste-satisfying.

The biggest problem is that a tip of 10% of the total price is automatically added to the bill. Frankly, I'm not against tipping at all, but we don't live in the States and there is no tipping requirement -or tipping is not madatory- in Prague. If there is such an application in the place, I would at least expect it to be stated on the menu or in a way that customers can see clearly. I prefer to give the tip directly to the waiters in cash, not as an imposition of the venue.

In overall, three stars is maximum, because of the courteous attitude of the waiters and the location advantage...

Restaurant Review: My Cafe Bistro

My recent visit to My Cafe Bistro was disappointing, to say the least. Despite its trendy appearance and central location, the quality of the food left much to be desired, especially given the exorbitant prices.

Firstly, I ordered a simple avocado toast, expecting a fresh and flavorful dish. What I received was a single slice of toast with a thin spread of avocado, which was both bland and unappealing. The cost for this meager portion was an astonishing €9, which is far too high for such a basic dish.

Furthermore, I decided to try their pancakes, but to my surprise, what I received was more akin to a crepe than a traditional pancake. The menu description was misleading, and the taste was far from satisfying. To add to the disappointment, the ice cream served alongside the crepe was completely melted by the time it reached our table, making for an unappetizing presentation and texture.

In conclusion, My Cafe Bistro did not meet my expectations. The food was both overpriced and poorly prepared, making it hard to justify a return visit. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal at a...
