Wok-dej — Restaurant in Prague

Stay away from this restaurant! i would give it a 0. It's a joke. I had crispy chicken with salad. Salad portion was maybe one small spoon. The chicken was totally burned and not cooked thoroughly. And the so called "cook" after he "cooked " the chicken, started cutting it with his hands touching, no gloves. I saw that and wanted to make a video, complain and refuse to eat the food. But I did not. and then the food came with burned chicken. Moreover instead of chicken breast it was a thigh. I did not know about this, normally this kind of meal is with chicken breast. I wouldn't have order it at the first place. It should be stated on the menu what kind of meat that is. When I complained to the lady at the cashier , she just smiled. no apology even for a burned meat, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have claimed my money back. My worst experience in Prague with this kind of cuisine. and I paid 200kc for this shit and ended up eating just rice with salad and sauce for 200kc!!!! And with the non- cooked chicken the food is not safe to eat. I will...

Tasty, but very overpriced compared to other places that taste exactly the same. You have to buy sides separately. You can get complete meal (sides included) at other places for the same price as the main dish here that comes without rice (sides in general). I will probably not buy from this place again as taste went down a bit and prices way up compared to the previous owner (Zlaty Orel) which I used to buy...

VARIVÁNí – velmi negativní zkušenost

Bohužel musím sdílet velmi nepříjemný zážitek z této restaurace. Byl jsem svědkem incidentu, kdy zákazník reklamoval jídlo kvůli nálezu vlasu. Požadoval buď náhradu, nebo nové jídlo – podle mého názoru jednal klidně a věcně. Situace se ale rychle vyhrotila a reakce personálu, zejména kuchaře, byla velmi neadekvátní. Chování bylo agresivní a působilo ohrožujícím dojmem, což mezi hosty vyvolalo značné napětí a obavy.

Sám jsem měl v minulosti podobnou zkušenost – v mém jídle byl také vlas, ale tehdy jsem to neřešil. Vzhledem k těmto opakovaným hygienickým nedostatkům a napjaté atmosféře už tuto restauraci nenavštěvuji.

Doporučuji zvážit návštěvu tohoto podniku s ohledem na vlastní komfort...
