Overall a weird experience. I probably caught them having a bad day that day. The atmosphere among staff was very uncomfortable, I think they were arguing or something and you could definitely feel the tension. One staff member was leaving every 15 minutes for a cigarette, while the other one was there alone. One of them then cut their finger and unfortunately left bloody marks on my plate and glass. Otherwise, the apfel strudel and flatwhite were tasty and nicely warm, but flatwhite had too much foam, like latte amount of foam. But the space and decor seemed cozy and homely. That place has everything wrapped up. Great location, out of the touristic center.. panoramic windows because light is essential to appreciate with all senses the good served here. Detailed and big diversity of Italian plates,tailored with details and taste. Excellent food, real Italian standard. Menu changing regularly depending on season. Sense of service, excellent approach, kindness and simply pleasant way to illustrate what is a restaurant. A way to eat and create souvenir around it. Dish number 20 from the menu is Tagliolini with pesto, with slices of beef and parmesan shavings. The food is excellent, soft, fresh and very substantial. The taste of the food begins to develop immediately after the second bite. Following the recommendation, I chose a glass of Primitivo red wine and then a long espresso to go with the dish. I will definitely visit Bistro Vitrína when I'm in the Czech Republic once again.
