Extremely bad experience! We booked Hidden Art Boutique Residence by Dwellfort through the Booking.com platform for a family stay in Prague, traveling with three small children. A few days before our arrival, we contacted the property directly regarding check-in details and no one warned us of any potential issues. However, on the day of our arrival, just one hour before check-in, while we were already on our way from the airport, our reservation was unilaterally canceled without any explanation. We were literally left on the street with our children and luggage, completely abandoned and on our own. We were forced to frantically search for new accommodation, which is extremely difficult and stressful with small children. We did not receive a single word of apology from the property, nor were we offered any compensation for the costs and inconvenience we suffered. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shameful. This kind of irresponsibility towards guests, especially families with children, is inexcusable. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this property – you cannot be sure your reservation...
Read moreI had an amazing weekend at Hidden Art Boutique Residence by Dwellfort in Prague, a place that perfectly blends comfort and art right in the heart of the city.
The apartment I stayed in was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, and cozy beds that guaranteed a peaceful sleep. The modern décor and calming colors added an artistic touch, making me feel like I was in a private art gallery.
The location is excellent, situated in a quiet neighborhood near the metro, making it easy to reach main attractions like Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. The area is also full of restaurants and cafés offering an authentic local experience.
The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff that made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony or terrace to relax after a long day of exploring.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable...
Read moreThe apartment is in Praha 3, a residential area with a few restaurants and small shops and supermarkets. I was on the 4th floor and they have a good lift. Doors are pin protected so it feels very safe. You can use the kitchen and watch Netflix on the TV if you have an account and it has a nice bathroom. 2 great big comfy beds. It has a washing machine and coffee filter machine. They supply the filters, coffee, tea and sugar. It is near the metro station Jinho z Podebrad on the green line, (2 stops away from Muzeum the main stop for changing lines). The old town stop is Staromestska, Praha 1, for historical parts to visit and have nice food, just stay on the green line and go 4 stops. Metro ticket is 30 crowns (about a euro) for 30 minutes. You can get a tram but I didn't get round to trying them out. I stayed in Prague on my own to have surgery in Neovize eye clinic in Budejovicka, which is on the red line (4 stops from Muzeum). This stop has DBK, a large shopping mall with food court. ...
